Mr. Whiteman is a Founder and Managing Partner of Stellex Capital Management. Prior to establishing Stellex, Mr. Whiteman was a Partner at The Carlyle Group and a Managing Director and Co-Head of Carlyle Strategic Partners. Prior to joining Carlyle in May 1996, Mr. Whiteman was a Vice President and Group Head in the Leveraged Finance Department of Credit Lyonnais. Mr. Whiteman has also held several positions at both Citicorp and The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
Mr. Whiteman is currently a director on the board of Cisco Investment Holding LLC, P3 Services, and Titan Acquisition Holdings L.P. Mr. Whiteman was previously Chairman of the boards of MHI Holdings LLC and Morbark Holdings LLC and was also a director of the boards of Brintons Carpet Limited, Diversified Machine, DPG Aerospace Inc., Metaldyne, LLC, RPK Capital Partners, LLC, Service King, and Stellex Aerostructures, Inc.,. Mr. Whiteman was also a member of the investment committee of RLJ Equity Partners, an affiliate of The Carlyle Group and Robert L. Johnson. Previously, Mr. Whiteman was also a director of the board of numerous Carlyle portfolio companies such as Breed Technologies, Key Plastics, Norfolk Drydock and Shipping Company, The Aerostructures Corporation, and US Marine Repair.
Mr. Whiteman is currently a director of the board of Tuskegee University. Mr. Whiteman has also been a member of the Executive Committee of the National Symphony Orchestra of The John F. Kennedy Center and the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African Art.
Mr. Whiteman received his B.A. in Political Science from Williams College, where he was a Lehman Scholar, and his M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Mr. Stewart is currently a director on the boards of AFG Holdings, Inc., Continental Global Material Handling LLC, Country Fresh, Custom Glass Parent LLC, Custom Made Meals, Dominion Hospitality Topco Limited, Fenix Parent LLC, Grammer Investment Holdings LLC, Go To Logistics, and Paragon Metals Holdings LLC. Mr. Stewart was previously served a director of the board of Airwalk International LLC, Day Runner Inc., Diversified Machine, Inc., Famous Brands International (Mrs. Fields), Klenk Holz AG, NEXIQ Technologies, Inc., Metaldyne LLC, Permian Tank & Manufacturing, Inc., Riverside Millwork Company, Stellex Aerostructures, Inc., and Sterling LLC.
Mr. Stewart received his B.S. in finance and entrepreneurial studies from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Achar is the head of Stellex’s European office. Prior to joining Stellex in 2014, Mr. Achar was head of the European investment team for Wayzata Investment Partners in London. Prior to joining Wayzata in 2008, Mr. Achar was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he headed a team focused on direct lending to middle-market companies. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Achar was a senior analyst and credit fund manager with certain investment funds in London and Paris.
Mr. Achar currently serves as a director on the board of Dominion Hospitality Topco Limited and Mecaer Aviation Group.
Mr. Achar received his B.A. in economics from Middlebury College and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Ms. Alisdairi is the Chief Talent Officer for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex in 2021, Ms. Alisdairi was an HR Business Partner at Schroder Investment Management in New York. Previously, Ms. Alisdairi was an HR Generalist at Perella Weinberg Partners. Ms. Alisdairi started her career in HR roles at both WorldQuant and OpHedge Investment Services.
Ms. Alisdairi received her B.A. in Communication from Fairfield University.
Mr. Alter is the head of Secondary Market Sourcing & Execution for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex in 2014, Mr. Alter was a Partner at The Carlyle Group and a founding member of its Leverage Finance Group, which successfully created and funded one of the first-ever $1 billion Market Value CDOs in 1998. Assets traded in this fund included highyield bonds, leveraged loans, mezzanine debt and private equity.
Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Alter was a founding member, managing director and head of Fixed Income Trading at PPM America, Inc., where he traded or had oversight of trading in investment grade and non-investment grade bonds, mortgage backed securities, U.S. Treasuries and commercial paper. Mr. Alter was also a voting member on various committees, namely – Portfolio Management, Relative Value, and Asset Allocation. Mr. Alter has traded in excess of $20 billion in corporate assets during his career.
Mr. Alter received his B.A. in Economics from Stonehill College and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
Mr. Arton is responsible for business development. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Arton was a Senior Vice President, Specialty Lending Group at First Midwest Bank. He also held various positions at Fifth Third Bank, which included Managing Director, Structured Finance Group; Vice President, Special Assets Group; and Vice President of Structured Finance Group. Prior to that, Mr. Arton was associated with GMAC Commercial Finance, LLC, and NBD Bank, N.A.
Mr. Arton received his B.A. in Economics and Russian Literature from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
Amanda Bailey is Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex, Ms. Bailey was the Chief Compliance Officer at Jaguar Growth Partners, a private equity firm focused on emerging markets. Previously, Ms. Bailey was an Assistant Vice President at Cordium (now acquired by ACA Group), a global compliance consulting firm.
Ms. Bailey serves as a member of the diversity committee for Women in Funds.
Ms. Bailey received her B.S. from Northern Kentucky University and Juris Doctorate from New England Law, Boston. Ms. Bailey is a member in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar. Ms. Bailey is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
Mr. Belton is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Before joining Stellex, Mr. Belton was an analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Technology Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Belton received his B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University.
Mr. Braddock is the Chief Financial Officer of Stellex Capital Management and its affiliates. Prior to joining Stellex in 2014, Mr. Braddock founded Oculus Resource Group, Inc., a family office advisory firm focused on private investments in natural resources and real estate. Prior to Oculus, Mr. Braddock was a Founder and Managing Partner of Merel Capital Management LP, a principal investing group with offices in the United States and Mexico. Prior to Merel, Mr. Braddock served as a Vice President at Sunrise Capital Partners LP, an Associate in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group and as a Workout Officer with First Union National Bank.
Mr. Braddock is currently a director of the board of The Potomac Foundation in Washington, D.C. In addition, Mr. Braddock serves as a Command Pilot for Patient Airlift Services and Angel Flight NE.
Mr. Braddock received his B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Cochran is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Before joining Stellex, Mr. Cochran was an associate at Greenbriar Equity Group. Before that, he was an analyst at Barclays in the Industrials Group.
Mr. Cochran is currently a director of the board of Armada Inc. and USMP Holdings.
Mr. Cochran received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Ms. DeMarco is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Ms. DeMarco was an Associate at TorreyCove Capital Partners.
Ms. DeMarco is currently a director of the board of Continental Global Material Handling LLC and Go To Logistics.
Ms. DeMarco received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Donisi is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Based in London, he is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, execution and monitoring of investments across Europe. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Donisi was an associate at PJT Partners in the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Group. Prior to PJT, he was an analyst at Citigroup in the Financial Institutions Group.
Mr Donisi received his MSc. in finance from Bocconi University, Italy.
Mr. Gurnani is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Gurnani was an analyst at Moelis & Company.

Mr. Kinsley is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Kinsley was an analyst at Petrie Partners.
Mr. Kinsley received his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Kiru is responsible for working with both current portfolio companies on operational matters as well as new acquisition targets. Mr. Kiru joins Stellex from George Industries, an aerospace and defense supplier, where he was CEO. Prior to that, he was President of ATS Automation, a leading supplier of factory automation systems, and a Managing Director at Madison Capital Partners, a Chicago-based investment firm. Mr. Kiru also held the position of CFO at Diversified Machine where he completed eight acquisitions over a six-year horizon, establishing a strong compelling global presence and exceptional shareholder value.
Mr. Kiru is currently a director of the board of George Industries, Families in Defense of Youth and Chinmaya Mission Ann Arbor.
Mr. Kiru received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, an M.S in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Oklahoma State University, an M.S. in Manufacturing from Northwestern University, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
Ms. Krasik is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2021, Ms. Krasik was a Principal at Bregal Partners where she led investments in the Food & Consumer and Business Services sectors. Before Bregal Partners, Ms. Krasik was a Principal at Wicks Capital Partners and prior to that an Associate at the Carlyle Group.
Ms. Krasik is currently a director of the board of P3 Services and PLH Group. Ms. Krasik previously served on the boards of Bendon, Bisnow, My Mochi, Northstar Travel Group, Sontiq, and Syndigo.
Ms. Krasik graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction.
Mr. Kreidler heads the Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining Stellex in 2021, Mr. Kreidler was a Principal at Calibre Group LLC, a merchant bank which provides advice and capital to manufacturing companies. Before Calibre, Mr. Kreidler was a Managing Director in the Industrial Investment Banking Group of Seaport Global. Mr. Kreidler also served as a financial advisor and negotiator at the United Steelworkers Union.
Mr. Kreidler received his B.A. in Philosophy and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Lee is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2020, Mr. Lee was a Principal at Eos Partners where he led investments in the Business Services, Food & Consumer, and Transportation & Logistics sectors. Prior to Eos, Mr. Lee was a Vice President at Kamylon Capital.
Mr. Lee is currently a director of the board of Country Fresh, Custom Made Meals, Go To Logistics, and Weber Logistics. Mr. Lee was previously a director of the boards of BeavEx Inc., Country Fresh Inc., Legacy Supply Chain Services Inc., RCG Global Services Inc., and South Mill Mushrooms Holding Corp.
Mr. Lee received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Mr. Lipski is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Lipski was an associate at Mountaingate Capital. Prior to Mountaingate, Mr. Lipski was an analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group.
Mr. Lipski received his B.B.A in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Livanos is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2014, Mr. Livanos was a Vice President at Barclays in the Restructuring and Finance Group. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Livanos was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Livanos worked at Citigroup’s Corporate Headquarters and at Citigroup International within the finance and corporate development functions.
Mr. Livanos is currently a director of the boards of Continental Global Material Handling LLC, Custom Glass Parent, LLC, Dominion Hospitality Topco Limited, and Fenix Parent, LLC.
Mr. Livanos received his B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Mr. Livanos is a member of the alumni advisory board of Carnegie Mellon’s School of Computer Science and remains active with Columbia Business School’s Private Equity Program.
Mr. Malone is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2021, Mr. Malone was a Director at Brightwood Capital focused on private credit and opportunistic credit investments in middle-market companies. Prior to joining Brightwood, Mr. Malone was a Senior Investment Analyst at Q Investments where he was focused on distressed and event-driven investments across the capital structure. Prior to Q Investments, Mr. Malone was an Associate at RLJ Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. Mr. Malone began his career in investment banking at both Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors group and William Blair where he was focused on Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Malone received his B.S. in Finance from Hampton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Mannix is a Business Coordinator for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex, Ms. Mannix was an Office Manager at Ember Infrastructure.
Ms. Mannix received her B.A. in Psychology from New York University.
Mr. Mao is a member of Stellex's investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Mao was an analyst at Citigroup in the Industrials group.
Mr. Mao received his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University.
Mr. Mazurek is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Before joining Stellex, Mr. Mazurek was an associate at Insight Equity, and also worked within one of Insight Equity’s portfolio companies as a financial analyst. Prior to Insight, he was an analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Diversified Industries Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Mazurek is currently a director of the board of Country Fresh, Custom Made Meals, and P3 Services.
Mr. Mazurek received his B.S. in Finance from Fordham University.
Ms. Mehrotra is the Head of Investor Relations for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex in 2020, Ms. Mehrotra was a client portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Ms. Mehrotra was also previously a member of the Client and Partner Group at KKR and the Private Funds Group at Brookfield Asset Management. Ms. Mehrotra started her career in Equity Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities.
Ms. Mehrotra is currently a director of the board of Global Kids.

Mr. Menye is a member of Stellex’s Finance & Accounting team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Menye was a Senior Private Equity Fund Accountant at SS&C Technologies Inc.
Mr. Menye received his B.S. in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany, M.S. in Accounting from Hunter College, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Mr. Posillico is a member of Stellex’s Finance & Accounting team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Posillico was a Controller at York Capital Management, a global institutional investment management firm. Prior to York Capital Management, he was a controller at TQA Investors, LLC, a hedge fund focusing on convertible arbitrage strategies.
Mr. Posillico received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.
Mr. Schmidt is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Based in London, he is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, execution and monitoring of investments across Europe. Prior to joining Stellex in 2016, Mr. Schmidt was a Vice President at TPG Special Situation Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Schmidt was a Senior Associate at Providence Equity Partners and he started his career as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Schmidt currently serves as an observer of Dominion Hospitality Topco Limited and Mecaer Aviation Group. Mr. Schmidt previously served on the board of HSE24 (Germany) and the Ambassador Theatre Group (UK).
Mr. Schmidt received his master in business administration (DiplomKaufmann) from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
Mr. Schwartz is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Schwartz was an analyst at PJ Solomon.
Mr. Schwartz received his B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Smaliak is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Smaliak was an analyst at UBS in the Global Industrials Group.
Mr. Smaliak received his B.S.F.S. in Global Business with a specialization in Eurasian, Russian and East European studies from Georgetown University.
Mr. Waxman is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2014, Mr. Waxman was a Principal at Quadrant Management and Stone Tower Capital’s private equity arm. Prior to Quadrant and Stone Tower, Mr. Waxman was a Vice President of The Carlyle Group. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Waxman worked in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring division of Morgan Stanley and was a Founding Member of the Grow Network, which was acquired by McGraw Hill.
Mr. Waxman is currently a director of the board of Armada Inc., Paragon Metals Holdings LLC, Titan Acquisition Holdings L.P., and USMP Holdings. Mr. Waxman was previously a director of the boards of MHI Holdings LLC, Morbark Holdings LLC, Amquip Crane Rental LLC, AHN International LLC, Ford Models, Inc., VHSC Cement LLC, and the Grow Network. He also was a director of the board of Rwanda Works, a non-profit dedicated to prosperity creation in Rwanda through health initiatives and economic development.

Ms. Zhao is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2020, Ms. Zhao was a Vice President at Centre Lane Partners, where she was responsible for evaluating and executing investments across various sectors including business services, consumer products, industrials, and technology. She was also on the board of directors at certain portfolio companies and focused on partnering with management teams to execute on strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to Centre Lane, Ms. Zhao worked as an analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
Ms. Zhao is currently a director of the board of Weber Logistics.
