Michael Cochran

Mr. Cochran is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Before joining Stellex, Mr. Cochran was an associate at Greenbriar Equity Group. Before that, he was an analyst at Barclays in the Industrials Group.

Mr. Cochran is currently a director of the board of Armada Inc, Dennis & Co. Holding LLC, Hodess Cleanrooms, Paragon Metals Holdings LLC, and TriplePoint LLC. Mr. Cochran was previously a director of the board of USMP Holdings.

Mr. Cochran received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
