Yoni Lipski

Mr. Lipski is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Lipski was an associate at Mountaingate Capital. Prior to Mountaingate, Mr. Lipski was an analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group.

Mr. Lipski currently serves on the board of Cisco Industrial Services LLC and W&B Service Company.

Mr. Lipski received his B.B.A in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
