Irina Krasik

Ms. Krasik is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2021, Ms. Krasik was a Principal at Bregal Partners where she led investments in the Business Services sector. Before Bregal Partners, Ms. Krasik was a Principal at Wicks Capital Partners and prior to that an Associate at the Carlyle Group.

Ms. Krasik is currently a director of the board of Communify, G2 Risk Solutions, Hodess Cleanrooms, Industrial Construction Services, P3 Services, TriplePoint Holdco LLC and TransDigm. Ms. Krasik previously served on the boards of Bendon, Bisnow, My Mochi, Northstar Travel Group, PLH Group, Sontiq, and Syndigo. Ms. Krasik serves on the Advisory Board of Rutgers University’s Road to Wall Street Program.

Ms. Krasik graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction.
