Irina Krasik

Ms. Krasik is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex in 2021, Ms. Krasik held investment roles at the Carlyle Group, Bregal Partners and Wicks Capital Partners.

At Stellex, Ms. Krasik is currently a director of the board of Communify, G2 Risk Solutions, Hodess Cleanrooms, Industrial Construction Services, P3 Services, and TriplePoint. Ms. Krasik also serves on the Advisory Board of Rutgers University’s Road to Wall Street Program and is a director on the board of Transdigm (NYSE: TDG).

Ms. Krasik graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction.
