Jason LaDuke

Mr. LaDuke is the Head of Portfolio Operations at Stellex Resource Group. Prior to joining Stellex Resource Group In 2025, Mr. LaDuke was Head of Small Cap Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2011, Mr. LaDuke was a Partner at Marakon, a boutique turnaround consulting firm.

Mr. LaDuke served on the operating boards of MACtac, Mad Engine, MARS, Maxim Crane, NESCO Rentals, TAK Communications, Tarter Industries and United Site Services. Mr. LaDuke served as interim CEO at Maxim Crane and Paramount Global Surfaces.

Mr. LaDuke received his B.A. in Economics and Government from Harvard University, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.
