Matt Kajfez

Mr. Kajfez is the Supply Chain Transformation Lead for Stellex Resource Group, primarily focusing on acquisition diligence and portfolio company operational improvement. Prior to joining Stellex Resource Group in 2025, Mr. Kajfez established and operated Harrison Matthews Consulting, LLC, a boutique consulting firm supporting the private equity industry since 2013. Prior to Harrison Matthews Consulting, Mr. Kajfez held various senior leadership positions with General Electric, Compagnie de Saint Gobain S.A., and Ferro Corporation.

Previously, Mr. Kajfez served as an executive board member for Society Plastics Industry.

Mr. Kajfez received his B.S. in Business Management from Myers University and his M.B.A from Lake Erie.
