Ms. Henriquez is the Legal & Compliance Associate for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex, Ms. Henriquez was Counsel at Shenkman Capital Management, Inc. Prior to that, she served as Compliance Manager and Counsel at Ellevest.

Ms. Henriquez received a B.A. from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Ms. Henriquez is a member in good standing with the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Henriquez currently serves on the Board of the Dominican Bar Association and the Alumni Advisory Board of the National Latina/o Law Student Association.

Ms. Harris is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Ms. Harris was an analyst at Evercore.

Ms. Harris received her B.A in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Mr. Evangelista is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Evangelista was an analyst at Lincoln International.

Mr. Evangelista received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Rowan University.
