Mr. Henderson is the Head of the Portfolio Talent for Stellex Resource Group. Prior to joining Stellex Resource Group in 2025, Mr. Henderson was the Private Capital Consulting Practice Leader for Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to joining Heidrick in 2022, Mr. Henderson was the Head of North American PE Consulting for YSC Consulting, part of Accenture. Prior to joining YSC Consulting, Mr. Henderson held multiple consulting and leadership roles at DDI, a global leadership development firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Henderson held multiple talent, manufacturing, commercial, M&A and GM roles at GE and Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Henderson received his B.S. in Business & Psychology from Southern Illinois University and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Master Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Coach and multiple assessment and psychometric solutions.

Mr. Malvicino is the Director of Portfolio Talent for Stellex Resource Group. Prior to joining Stellex Resource Group in 2025, Mr. Malvicino was Senior Director of Officer Talent Acquisition at Walmart. Prior to his role at Walmart, he held Partner positions with retained executive search firms Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry International. Earlier in his career, Mr. Malvicino worked at Russell Reynolds Associates and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Malvicino received his B.S. in Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, and his M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Ms. Henriquez is the Legal & Compliance Associate for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex, Ms. Henriquez was Counsel at Shenkman Capital Management, Inc. Prior to that, she served as Compliance Manager and Counsel at Ellevest.

Ms. Henriquez received a B.A. from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Ms. Henriquez is a member in good standing with the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Henriquez currently serves on the Board of the Dominican Bar Association and the Alumni Advisory Board of the National Latina/o Law Student Association.
